Azalea City Cat Coalition (Mobile, Alabama 36633) is a non-profit group that operates TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs for homeless cats.
The population of stray cats in Mobile is at a crisis level. Stray cats are forced to lead short miserable lives where they struggle to survive each day in a world filled with threats from cruel humans and other animals. Azalea City Cat Coalition has spayed and neutered over 300 cats through basic trapping, community spay clinics, and public assistance and low income programs.
ACCC offers low-cost spay/neuter services to people for the felines in their care. Other services assist low-income and senior citizen pet owners with spaying and neutering and medical emergencies.
ACCC rescues cats and kittens found in unsafe places that are unable to live in their environment. ACCC has rescued and cared for many stray or abandoned pets, and strives to place the cats into good, loving homes. All cats are spayed or neutered PRIOR to going to their new homes.
